TFMM creator, Carly Kennedy, is a fitness trainer, Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, and mom of two. She understands how crazy motherhood can be and wants to empower you to continue to fill up your cup with dynamic, time efficient movement that just FEELS GOOD in your body.
