If you find this application you may wonder: What is its aim and where to begin?
Here, what we offer is a series of exercises in order to give you ideas to create (and diversify) the physical part of your training sessions.
We already offer some examples of physical workouts on the blog of our website https://fitness-soccer-training.com/.
However, this application allows us to better organize the exercises and it will allow you to find what you are looking for more quickly.
Here are some examples of exercises concerning 6 main themes:
1. Warm-up
2. Endurance
3. Speed
4. Strength
5. Coordination
6. Children and teenagers
For each theme, you will find a theoretical part in order to help you understand how to present the exercises as far as the training load is concerned (how long the exercises or the recovery should last or the number of repetitions and sets...)
For each theme, you will find a practical part with exercises organized into two main categories: without a ball and with a ball.
⇒ Our descriptions will be voluntarily with few “ details and specifications” because we consider that several factors will influence the parameters of the exercises ( the training day, in what cycle the session is to be found, the level of the players, their fitness level, their age-classification,...).
⇒ We have chosen to explain how to apply our sessions in the theoretical part so that you can adapt the parameters of the exercises to your convenience (size of the field, number of players, duration of the exercise, number of repetitions and sets, duration and nature of recovery).
