At My Peaceful Universe, we believe in taking action as early as possible to support a child's emotional well-being.
Research shows that helping kids manage complex issues such as
anxiety, insomnia, separation, stress, and low-self esteem with meditation, sleep, breathing, and simple mindfulness techniques from a young age can be hugely beneficial now and later in life. My Peaceful Universe provides a blend of calming, engaging meditations for beginners aged 4-7, mindfulness meditation programs for kids aged 7-12, and short breathing exercises to help kids manage difficult feelings that sneak up and surprise them.
It is also our goal to see improvements in parent and teacher well-being.
Parent and teacher self-care creates a healthier, more positive relationship at home and school. That is why we encourage parents and teachers to listen to the adult meditations, breathing exercises and mindfulness course with their kids and students so that everyone in the family or classroom can find a safe space to still their minds, breathe, sleep, and live life with a happier state of mind.

positive and life-changing transformations with her students. Her goal and passion were to teach essential life skills to help kids manage their mental health and emotional well-being before the stress of high school, university and young adulthood. Isabelle continues utilizing her meditations, breathing exercises, and courses that have been listened to more than 5 million times globally, coaching mindfulness and meditation to her clients and their kids witnessing positive, life-changing transformations every day
