- Simple way to log water. Just swipe up the glass, and you will log the desired amount.
- You have 2 choices for logging water. Stepped input, where you can add up to 5 recipient sizes, or FreeFlow. Set the interval your would like to use and swipe everytime to the right level
- Shake to undo your last drink in 20 seconds.
- Push notifications
- Set your custom schedule for push notifications. You can also pick the drinking interval from 30 mins, up to 3 hours.
- Calculate your daily intake goal. Water Hero can help you estimate your daily hydration needs.
