Noorami: Podcast Player App

If you are podcast fans like we are, you know how a good podcast can transform the way you think or bring joy to you. However, it’s often very difficult to find the content you want among millions of episodes. With Noorami, we are solving the problem of podcast discovery by building a podcast search and recommendation engine into the app.

Noorami uses an AI-powered search engine that analyzes millions of podcast audio files to find the content and topics that are discussed in each episode. So now you can actually find content based on what is said in the conversations, even if what you are looking for is hidden deep into the episode.

FIND CONTENT WITHIN EPISODES
With Noorami, we find the most relevant segments of an episode for you. Simply search whatever sentence is on your mind and the results will contain both the relevant episodes and the segment of each episode that is most related to your search. You can get a feel for the episode by listening to the segment, or listen to back to back segments so that you get different perspectives on what you care about.

SEARCH WITH MEANING, NOT KEYWORDS
You can now search full sentences and we will return results based on the meaning of your sentence. So you no longer have to worry about having the right keywords, simply state what is on your mind or a question you have and our search engine will do the rest for you. For example, you can say “How can I have more productive mornings?” or “What are some strategies for effective communication?”

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR YOUR TASTE
Noorami will recommend episodes based on your preferences and the topics that you have listened to. Our AI automatically generates topic sentences for you, so you know why the episodes are being recommended and what topics are discussed within them.

CHAT WITH LIKE-MINDED PODCAST FANS
You can now chat with other fans that listen to the same shows as you, or even talk directly to the podcast hosts. Different shows can have discussion rooms in the app, so you can easily find the group of people that share your interests. If a podcast show does not have a room, simply request a discussion room and a room will be created when there is enough interest in a show.

ALL THE IMPORTANT FEATURES OF A PODCAST PLAYER
For the best podcast listening experience, we know that it’s important to pay attention to details and have the essential features of a player. So we’ve made sure you can subscribe to your favorite shows among millions of podcasts, have an easy to use player and a playlist creator. We want Noorami to be easy to use and equipped with everything you need, so you can just enjoy the podcasts you love.
