Download the app to start your journey. You can start tracking your emotions, log your feelings and track your movement. The NiceDay Team will welcome you and introduce you to a coach of your choice. We will help you get started immediately: so you can take your first step towards a better you.
We cannot guarantee that you will always get an immediate answer, but we do our best to respond as quickly as possible! If you need immediate help, we advise you to contact your general practitioner or when experiencing suicidal thoughts you can contact the crisis line directly via https://www.113.nl/. We are typically available from Monday to Friday, between 9.00 and 17.00.
In need of some help, but afraid to ask?
It’s possible to receive anonymous help: You also receive guidance from an experienced psychologist, but you do not have to use your real name. When you download the app create an account with a nickname, let the NiceDay Team know that you would like anonymous help & they will help you to the right coach!
