Performance

Performance - Aeronautical Performance Calculator
Optimize your flight decisions with Performance, the professional calculator that transforms manufacturer data into real-world performance adapted to current conditions.

🎯 INSTANT CALCULATIONS
Performance automatically calculates:
• Takeoff distance adjusted to real-world conditions
• Rate of climb corrected for density altitude
• Runway utilization as a percentage
• Density altitude for quick assessment of conditions
Simply enter your manufacturer parameters (takeoff distance and rate of climb in standard conditions), and the application calculates performance in your current altitude and temperature conditions.

✈️ SMART AIRFIELD SELECTION
Worldwide database of over 29,000 airfields:
• Intuitive search by ICAO code or name
• Display of airfields within a 100 NM radius
• Favorites system for quick access
• Automatic loading of airfield elevation
• Current temperature via weather API
The app automatically loads the selected airfield's elevation and current temperature, eliminating tedious manual entry.

📍 AUTOMATIC GEOLOCATION
Built-in GPS features:
• Automatic position detection
• Estimated altitude via GPS or elevation API
• Real-time local temperature
• Display of nearby airfields
• Position data even offline (favorite airfields)

🎨 OPTIMIZED PILOT INTERFACE
Designed for ergonomic use:
• Clear display of essential results
• Visual safety indicators (runway, climb)
• Colored alerts for critical conditions
• Automatic mobile/tablet adaptation
• Portrait mode optimized for smartphones
Calculations are displayed instantly with visual progress bars and alerts if performance exceeds safety margins.

🔒 SECURE AUTHENTICATION
Simplified access without password:
• Login via secure link (magic link)
• Delivered directly to your inbox
• No password to remember
• Fully GDPR compliant

📊 ACCURACY AND RELIABILITY
Proven calculation method:
• Algorithm based on the Koch curve
• Automatic density altitude correction
• Validated correction factors
• Real-time results
• Instant calculation updates
The application uses the standard ISA formula to calculate density altitude and then applies performance corrections based on established aeronautical data.
