About E-Lert
E-LERT is a collaborative application that allows users to work together to identify and locate power outages or load shedding in a given geographic area.
The application is initially being deployed in Greater Libreville.
By participating in the E-LERT community, you help other users benefit from more accurate maps and information on power outages in real time, as well as other features.
