For those potholes, damaged pipes, and other problems that need attention, the BVIGovReportIt app makes reporting problems easier than ever. This app uses GPS to recognize your location and allows you to report visible Public Service problems that impede the livelihood of the Citizens. The app further allows you to upload pictures or videos to accompany your request and report problems such as street maintenance, street light requests, damaged fences, damaged electricity poles, and others. Citizens can track the status of requests they or other members of the community have submitted and can also call the Customer Service Care Centre (284-468-3701) for information on the Public Service, book appointments, and to report a problem in the BVI.
