Submit non-emergency requests to Fishers Connect and track their resolution!
A one-stop-shop for your City of Fishers services. Broken street light? Pothole in the road? Fallen tree limbs in the street? We’re here to help. The free Fishers Connect app provides an easy way for residents to report non-emergency issues within the community related to City maintained roadways, street signs, storm water, water, sewer, street light, and park infrastructure elements. The app also provides quick links to city information and forms related to city services.
How to Use:
• Use your mobile device to take a picture of the issue that needs to be fixed and submit
the photo, description of the issue, and GPS location (automatically provided by the app).
• Track the progress of your reported issue and you’ll receive confirmation once the
problem is fixed. City staff will monitor requests Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.
until 4:30 p.m.
• You can also view a map of all reported issues within your community. Easy sharing
across social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and NextDoor invites residents
to post when they have reported an issue.
