Birmingham’s mobile 311 App was created to help residents quickly report non-emergency issues such as street maintenance, garbage or recycling problems, street light request, potholes, damaged street signs as well as damaged trees and roads. The app uses GPS to recognize the user’s current location and provides a menu of common-quality-of- life conditions to select from. Users will have the opportunity to upload pictures or videos to accompany requests and use the app to track the status of reports. Residents can also track the status of reports that other community members have submitted and learn when they have been resolved. The MY BHAM 311 app makes reporting local problems in our city more efficient. If you have questions regarding municipal services, please get in touch with our 311 call center by dialing 205-254-2489, connect with us online at www.birminghamal.gov/311 or email us at [email protected].
