Report non-emergency issues to the City of Syracuse & track their resolution!
The Cityline app makes it easier to report potholes, damaged street signs, and other issues impacting quality of life throughout neighborhoods and districts in the city. Mobile users now have the ability to submit service requests from their phone and receive status updates on their requests. Cityline is fast, lets users crowdsource requests, and is simple to use.
Submit a request:
-Enter an address or provide a location using the map
-Select a request category
-Take and upload a picture (right away or snap your picture on location and upload later)
-Confirm a description of your request Submit your request
The app allows residents to share as much (or as little) information as they like as registered users or as little information as they like as anonymous users. Registered users can subscribe to follow status updates on their requests. Residents can still place requests to Cityline online at cityline.syr.gov or by calling (315) 448-CITY (2489).
The SYRCityline app is developed by SeeClickFix (a division of CivicPlus) under contract with the City of Syracuse.
