This notebook allows you to keep track of your pet's vet visits, medications, and weight. You can show this record directly to your veterinarian at their next appointment.

■ Record vet visits chronologically for each pet:
Record the date of visit, hospital, diagnosis, treatment/prescription, cost, weight, and notes. Past visits are displayed in reverse chronological order, so you can quickly see "when and why they visited before." This creates a unique record of your pet that won't appear in search results.

■ Review weight changes with graphs:
Recording weight allows you to see its progression in a graph. Entering weight in the vet visit record automatically reflects it in the graph, eliminating the need for duplicate entry. Increases and decreases are easily visible.

■ Medication/Next Appointment Notifications:
Schedule monthly medications and next vet visits, and you'll receive a reminder the morning before. This prevents you from forgetting monthly vet visits or medications. For recurring appointments, clicking "Complete" automatically sets the next appointment.


■ Register Any Number of Pets
Manage multiple pets, including dogs, cats, and others, all in one place.

■ Include Sources for Easily Forgotten Procedures
Procedures that are legally required but easily forgotten, such as rabies vaccinations (once a year), dog registration, and microchip registration, are clearly indicated with citations from official information sources of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and the Ministry of the Environment. You can add them to your schedule with a single tap.

■ No Registration Required, Completed on Your Device, Free
No account registration is required. Records are stored only on your device and are never transmitted externally. Because this app is provided free of charge, banner ads (Google AdMob) are displayed at the bottom of the list and home screens. Communication with Google is required for ad delivery. Ads are not displayed on screens during input.
