About Routin: Life & Tasks Tracker
Routin tracks everything you're doing across your life and gives you a single daily score for it.
That score — your LifeScore, from 0 to 100 — reflects how your actual day went. Finished your tasks? Kept your routine? Logged your mood? Hit your steps? It all factors in. Skip everything and the number shows that too.
The app covers nine areas: Tasks, Routines, Mood, Fitness, Health, Finance, Focus, Notes, and Journal. Use the ones that apply to you. They all feed into the same score.
─────
Tasks are straightforward. Add them, set due dates, get reminded, check them off. Works offline — tasks queue locally and sync when you're back.
Routines are recurring habits stacked into a sequence. Build a morning routine once and run it every day. Your completion rate feeds into your score.
Mood logging is simple — how you're feeling, on a scale, as often as you want. Over time you start to see what's actually affecting it.
Fitness is a full workout module. Log sessions by type — strength, cardio, HIIT, running, cycling. Build templates for your regular sessions. Follow a weekly training plan and Routin tracks your strength progression exercise by exercise, every set recorded, every session compared to the last. Personal records get a dedicated banner with the exact improvement.
Health pulls sleep, steps, and vitals from your device automatically.
Finance lets you set savings goals and see where you stand.
Focus is a timer for getting work done. Pick a session length, turn on ambient sound if you want it, and go. Deep Focus mode can block distracting apps on your phone while the timer runs — you choose which ones. Complete tasks and routines during a session. Everything stays in your history.
Routin's Deep Focus feature can block distracting apps during a focus session using Android's Accessibility Service. This is used only to detect which app is currently in the foreground so Routin knows when you've opened a blocked app — no screen content, keystrokes, or personal data is ever read, stored, or transmitted. You can enable or disable this at any time in Settings
Notes and Journal are there for quick capture and daily reflection.
Circles are private groups for accountability. Create one with the people you want to stay honest with. Each circle has a leaderboard, shared goals, a feed where members post workouts, routines, and daily updates, and a group chat. Public circles are there too if you want to find people working on similar things.
─────
Then there are Roo and Flint.
Roo shows up when something's worth celebrating — a comeback week, a new record, a streak you've been protecting for a month. Specific and warm, not a generic "Keep going!" notification.
Flint shows up with your data. Exact numbers, no softening. "847 steps. My grandma's Roomba moves more than you." If your savings goal hasn't moved in three weeks, Flint noticed. If you're logging your mood at 2am instead of sleeping, Flint has thoughts. Deadpan, never cruel — and when things are genuinely hard, Flint backs off.
They don't show up constantly. They appear when your data has something worth saying — sometimes one of them, sometimes both when there are two sides to the story.
─────
Everything you do earns XP. Streaks build momentum. Ranks climb with consistency. The XP shop lets you spend what you've earned: revive a streak you broke, freeze one before a rough week, pause your LifeScore when you need space, or run 24 hours of double XP. None of it can be purchased — it all comes from showing up.
Task reminders run on two systems at once. Your device schedules them locally, the server backs them up. You don't miss things.

User reviews
Routin is one of the best apps I downloaded this year!
It is one of the best apps to boost your productivity, I loved procrastination and this app took that away, I just input all my tasks and their level of urgency and suddenly the urge to do them comes, I recommend it for procrastinators, I'll love a wear OS app though
I've been part of the beta testing for Routin, and it’s an incredible app! It helps me keep my work life and personal lifestyle organized in one place. I can take notes, journal, plan my day, set reminders, and get notifications to stay on track. It’s super useful for maintaining daily structure and boosting product...
