About dubbii: body doubling for ADHD

Housework sucks when you have ADHD. Let's do it together.

• Watch body doubling videos to keep you on task
• Follow along with videos of Rox & Rich from ADHD Love
• Break down every-day tasks into micro-steps to reduce overwhelm
• Track your progress and work on habits without the shame

We asked 30,000 people what they struggled with the most. The overwhelming response: housework. That's why we created dubbii - to tackle those horrible household tasks.

Having somebody body double you alongside any difficult or mundane task can really help, especially if you have ADHD. So we've taken the most common household jobs and created videos to help you get started and finished working alongside us as your body doubles.

I tired one out, which you get for free! I was amazed at how it broke down the task for me and made me want to get up and do that task. (Wanted to watch first to see if it would be stimulating enough)
