Homefix Singapore in partnership with BIIPMI has put together a series of learning materials on a mobile learning app called SMILES - Social Micro-Learning and Engagement System.
The robust app is able to facilitate the dissemination of instructions, product knowledge, standard operating procedures etc. This helps to empower every staff from frontline to management level generating a one-standard messaging for all stakeholders and consumers.
The app also allows flexibility on learning progress of user, assessment of learners, as well as creation of learning materials.
