Perfectly structured workouts for anyone & anywhere, shot with the most beautiful backgrounds from all over the world, are carefully designed by Jirina Harastova. Jirina has been a life coach and a fitness trainer since 2005, enhancing bodies and minds, improving people's lives. This application is an extension of her training and community, now available to the whole world.
Whether you would like to change things up, supplement or replace your existing training structure, PXU has something for you. Workouts are fun and challenging, properly strengthening and conditioning the body. And the best part – there are:

You only pay for the workouts you choose. For the price of a morning coffee, you’ll get a great, productive workout while being immersed into the beautiful scenery and motivating music. All workouts can be downloaded for off-line use.

1) Pre-set workouts – Thoughtfully prepared and demonstrated workouts are separated into 5 sections
By INTENSITY
1) Beginner
2) Intermediate
3) Advanced
4) Expert
5) Miscellaneous
Each intensity level is divided according to the ENVIRONMENT/EQUIPMENT
1) Body Weight
2) Bands/Dumbbells
3) All Other
4) Ruck/Sandbag
Each Equipment section gives you all the STYLES of training available
1) Core training
2) High Intensity Interval training
3) Lower body training
4) Total body training
5) Upper body training
Each workout in the chosen Style is uniquely named and equipment needed described.
Example: Blue Heron – Equipment: Mat, Timer, Dumbbells
Workouts are very easy to follow. It’s like having your trainer training with you.
Each workout consists of 3 GROUPS of 3 Exercises to be done in 3 sets. First set of 3 exercises Jirina will do with you following the prescribed number of repetitions and form. Set 2 and 3 is presented as a collage to perform the exercises on your own. Realistically, as the body fatigues, you may need to change your tempo or rest longer between reps. The collage will allow you to pace your training properly and safely.
The App has full videos for general warm up, stretch and foam rolling to properly care for your body before and after training, which is the most important and many times the most neglected element in training. These PXU videos can supplement or replace your existing pre/post routines.
2) Personal Training
This section is divided into:
- Virtual one-on-one 45 min live sessions with Jirina
- Personalized written workouts
A calendar with available days and slots makes requesting and booking a session seamless.
3) Community Platform
Share stories, comment on friends’ posts and accomplishments. Get in touch with Jirina, ask questions, get answers. Get notified when new Challenges are announced, and special events planned. Earn fun badges for completed challenges.
PXU App is free to download. Workouts are available for in-app purchase for $4.99 – $5.99 per workout.
Personal Training sessions are available for in-app purchase for $49.99 – $69.99 per session.
