FaceName — Face Reading

FaceName turns one photo into a personal face reading poster, drawing on four cultural traditions of interpreting the face.

FOUR TRADITIONS
• Ottoman (Sima) — the Ottoman art of reading character from facial features
• Western — classical European physiognomy
• Eastern — Mian Xiang, the Chinese face map tradition
• Indian — Samudrika, the Sanskrit tradition of bodily signs

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick a tradition, then choose or take a front-facing photo.
2. A quality check runs on your device before anything else happens.
3. Facial proportions are measured on your device — your photo itself is never uploaded.
4. An interpretation is composed, with AI assistance, from a curated knowledge base of each tradition's sources.
5. Your reading is rendered as an elegant poster in Post (4:5) and Story (9:16) formats, with Light and Dark paper themes — ready to save or share.

YOUR PHOTO STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
The photo is processed on your device. Only derived measurements — never the photo and never facial landmarks — leave your device to compose the reading. Your reports and posters are stored only on your device.

CREDITS
You start with a free credit, and guest use works without an account. Readings use credits, available in packs of 5, 15, and 25 through Google Play. A credit is spent only when a photo passes the quality check and you start an analysis; if the analysis cannot be completed, the credit is refunded automatically.
