In the explosives sector, REASeuro offers the most comprehensive education and training programme in the Netherlands. This applies to training in both conventional and improvised explosives.
REASeuro has its own training centre with various classrooms, several experienced trainers, a variety of training objects and a large training area where we can imitate various practical situations. In short: the ideal place to do OCE-related training.
The curriculum for OCE courses is in accordance with the learning outcomes as defined by WSCS-OCE. In IED courses, a curriculum is only created if the learning outcomes have been identified with the client.
REASeuro Education - further education together
Digitised education can increase the effectiveness of training and demonstrate the sustainability of the knowledge acquired. In addition to successfully established training channels, the mobile app from REASeuro provides training where the practice begins. It offers learning content where it is needed. In small snacks for in between. Always and everywhere. Short and crisp, flexible, and modular. A mix of formats and content conveys relevant knowledge in a playful and easy way for a sustainable learning effect.
Microtraining per app is learning on your smartphone and in small steps. The mobile learning concept allows for flexibility in time and space and enables a self-directed and individualized learning experience, which - in turn - serves to secure knowledge in the long term. The content is presented in short and compact learning cards and videos that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. The learning progress can also be checked at any time.

The quality and continuous development of their own employees and external partners is a top priority for REASeuro to effectively and sensibly advance their own business model.
In general, the questions are prepared in such a way that they can be answered interactively. All content is easily accessible, can be updated quickly and can be scaled externally and internally. In addition, learning progress can be monitored and learning impulses can be set where necessary.
The strategy - how learning works today
REASeuro uses the Microtraining method for the digital transfer of knowledge. The essence of a wide range of knowledge content is presented in a compact format and deepened through short and active learning steps. In classical learning, an algorithm is used for this purpose. The questions are to be answered in random order. If a question is answered incorrectly, it is repeated later - until it is answered correctly three times in a row in the learning unit. This creates a lasting learning effect.
In addition to classical learning, level learning is also offered. In level learning, the questions are divided by the system into three levels with different levels of difficulty and asked randomly. Between the individual levels there is a breather to save the content in the best possible way. This is necessary to achieve brain-friendly and sustainable knowledge acquisition. A final test makes the learning progress visible and shows where possible deficits lie and, if necessary, a repetition makes sense.
Learning incentives through quizzes and/or learning duels
With REASeuro, in-company training should be associated with pleasure. Through the possibility of quiz duels, the playful learning approach is implemented. Colleagues, managers, or even external partners can be challenged to a duel. Learning becomes even more entertaining. The following game mode is possible: In three rounds of 3 questions each, it is determined who the king of knowledge is.
