Levorofit: Health & Fitness

Levorofit is the mobile app for wellness practices and the people they coach: nutritionists, dietitians, gyms, fitness centers, yoga studios and wellness professionals.

Access is by invitation. A wellness business sets up its practice on Levorofit and invites its clients. Both sides then work from the same app, and clients see their practice's branding rather than a generic tool.

IF YOUR COACH INVITED YOU

Your plan lives here, and so does everything you log against it.

• Meal plans with per-meal macros, plus your own entries for anything you eat off-plan
• Workout and yoga programs assigned to you, session by session
• Daily tracking for weight, water, sleep and steps
• Appointments and classes you can request, book and manage
• Direct messages with your coach
• Attendance, streaks and the challenges your practice sets
• Recipes, guides and videos your practice has shared

IF YOU RUN THE PRACTICE

The professional portal is the same app, opened with your professional account.

• Practice dashboard: today's schedule, client activity, and who needs attention
• Client records with goals, vitals, notes and progress over time
• Meal plans, workout plans and wellness programs, with AI-assisted drafting
• Scheduling, classes and live session links
• Attendance tracking, challenges and client notifications
• One-to-one messaging with every client on your roster

BUILT AROUND THE WHOLE JOURNEY

From onboarding a client to delivering a personalized program, tracking what they actually do and keeping the conversation going, Levorofit replaces the spreadsheets and disconnected tools most practices run on.

IMPORTANT

Levorofit is a general wellness app. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and nothing in it is medical advice. Your plans and targets are set by the qualified professional you work with. Speak to a doctor before acting on nutrition or exercise guidance, and especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take regular medication.
