About Cuffday: Blood Pressure Log

Keep a blood pressure log your doctor can actually read.

Cuffday is a simple blood pressure tracker for people who check their BP at home, morning and evening. Take your reading with your own monitor, type the numbers on a big keypad, and Cuffday does the rest: averages, trends, AHA categories and a one-page PDF report for your next appointment.

WHY CUFFDAY
• Big number keypad – type 128, 82, 71 and save. No tiny scroll wheels.
• Morning and evening cards – see at a glance whether today's readings are done.
• Averages as real numbers – 7-day, 30-day and 90-day averages, plus separate morning and evening averages.
• Easy-to-read charts – large line chart with a normal-range band. Show systolic, diastolic or both.
• AHA blood pressure categories – every reading is labeled Normal, Elevated, Stage 1, Stage 2 or Crisis, with color and text.
• PDF report for your doctor – pick a date range and share a clean report with averages, a chart and a full table. Print it or email it.
• CSV export and import – open your data in Excel or Google Sheets, back it up, or move it from another app.
• Edit anything – fix the date, time, values or note of any reading.
• Arm, posture and medication – mark left or right arm, sitting or standing, and whether you took your blood pressure medication.
• Measurement reminders – gentle morning and evening reminders at the times you choose.
• Home screen widget – your latest reading and a one-tap "+ Log" button.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
No sign-up, no account. Your readings are stored on your device. Export a CSV backup whenever you like.

MADE FOR EVERY AGE
Large numbers, clear labels and a light, calm design that is easy to use for parents and grandparents too.

IMPORTANT
Cuffday does not measure blood pressure and does not replace medical advice. Use a validated blood pressure monitor and talk to your doctor about your readings. Blood pressure categories follow the 2017 ACC/AHA guideline.
