About Tallyday: Work Days & Day Rate

Log a day of work in 3 taps: date, site, days. Your calendar shows the rest.

Tallyday is a work days calendar and day rate calculator for day laborers, construction crews, tradespeople and contractors paid by the day.

SEE EVERYTHING ON THE CALENDAR
• Each job site gets its own color, so a month with three sites is readable at a glance
• 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2 days show as big bold numbers in every cell
• Paid days get a strike-through and a green dot
• Big dates and numbers, easy to read on the job

LOG IN SECONDS
• One-tap presets: 0.5 / 1 / 1.5 / 2 / Off, or type your own
• Hours to days: worked till 8 pm? Enter the hours and Tallyday converts them (8 hours = 1 day, adjustable)
• Morning at one site, afternoon at another: log more than one site on the same day
• Day rate fills in from the site, change it any time
• Home screen widget: +1 day for today without opening the app

KNOW YOUR TAKE-HOME PAY
• Days, gross and take-home pay right under the calendar
• Pay period that matches your boss: start on the 1st, the 21st or any day up to the 28th
• Tax options: 3.3% withholding, daily worker tax or none
• Totals by site, mark a whole period as paid in one tap
• Share a pay card image or export CSV for your spreadsheet

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
• No account, no sign-up, no storage permission
• Back up to a file and restore it on your new phone
• Daily reminder at quitting time so you never forget a day

A simple work hours log and contractor timesheet that answers two questions: how many days did I work, and how much will I get paid.
