The Optimized Life Project was created by Maritza Moreno, RDN LDN CDE, a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, & Exercise Physiologist. She has put together a stream-lined program to help you re-invent your lifestyle by focusing on what matters the most for long term sustainable health success: Mindset, Nutrition, & Self Care. Our team will help you start evaluating the ways you have approached nutrition & lived your life, up until this point, in order to help you understand where you have been counterproductive in reaching your goals. After identifying your goals, we will then coach you on how to build the road map towards reclaiming your health, feeling sexy, & fall back in love with food again! We take a nutrition 1st approach towards helping our clients learn how lose body fat permanently, without fad diets or living off of "good food vs bad food rules". Customized fitness routines and mobility work are also included to help meet you at your current fitness level safely, help you build strength, and ultimately help your body take on a shape you will be pleased with in the long term.
