With over 30 + years experience in the fitness industry, Jackie has a wealth of knowledge and is passionate about passing that on and enhancing people's lives. She has had four children and has been at one stage very overweight.

The challenges she has experienced on her own journey has inspired her to help other people facing their own problems and helping them with their own personal goals
