Meal Planning Database

- Just log your food and your trainer will make recommendations to make sure you are feeding you “fat-burning-body-sculpting-machine” everything it needs to shred through your workouts.
To get the most out of the AmalgamFit online personal training program we ask you to:
- Adopt a “no quit” attitude, committing to a dynamic program that will enable you to the see results you deserve.
- Wear your MyZone heart rate monitoring belt during every workout (provided with paid membership). This helps keep you honest while helping your trainer understand if your heart rate targeted training is on-point and effective.
- Take a before photo because truly nothing is more eye-opening.
- Take your measurements. This isn't about the scale. This is about transformation; so the scale is not always a good indicator of the great progress you are making. Don’t worry. We walk you through the process.
- Reply to our messages and/or emails within 24 hours of receipt. We are making you our priority, so you must make this commitment a priority for yourself, too.
- Share your charts and graphs on Facebook. It’s okay to brag a little when you are accomplishing so much.
- Take an after photo at week 8 because nothing is more exciting than seeing how much you’ve changed.
- Share your story of triumph by telling your family and friends how they, just like you, can transform their lives with the AmalgamFit app and online personal training program.
- Be on the lookout for signs of the transformation going on inside, like a boost in confidence, improved quality of life, increased energy, reduced or eliminated need for medication, an increase in stamina and libido (ahem)...and the list goes on.
