SwiftDoc allows you to see a doctor using video calling on your phone. All you have to do is book an appointment and we will do the rest!

SwiftDoc was established to manage the growing demand for convenient GP services. We provide comprehensive high quality care for patients by offering the convenience of video consultations on your smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC. We offer appointments during the normal working day and also offer out-of-hours appointments. Patients avoid taking time off work and sitting in waiting rooms to see a doctor. We call you at your requested time so there are no delays.

SwiftDoc makes consulting a GP, Specialist, Psychologist or allied healthcare professional easy, convenient and safe. Medical records are confidential and only accessible by you and the doctor.

-We order blood tests and imaging referrals for you when required.
-We refer you to specialists when required.
-We can provide information to your regular GP.

We email referrals for x-rays/ CT/ MRI/ ultrasounds/ blood tests to you directly. We also email specialist referrals to you- so you are in control. You can also see specialists on SwiftDoc. We SMS e-prescriptions to your phone and we email medical certificates for work absence to you. All of this is done instantly. We also deal with workcover cases.

All blood tests and imaging results are sent back to SwiftDoc electronically, as are letters from specialists. We can also complete forms for you where you need a doctor to sign. We offer second opinions, and deal with repeat prescriptions safely and effectively.
