The book entitled "Argumentation of Fiqh for Muslim Minorities" is the author's work after meeting with Muslim communities in several countries.
Among them are Taiwanese Muslims. The author had the opportunity to stay in the country of Formosa for fifteen days, 23 December 219 to 7 January 2018. His close friendship with PCI NU Taiwan friends finally resulted in an important work which in my opinion will be needed by Muslim minorities in various countries.
Likewise, the results of the author's research while carrying out community service in Australia: Adelaide, Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne on 6-20 August 2019. There are many interesting things that the author discovered while in Kangaroo country with all its ins and outs.
The author learns to truly understand the problems of Muslim minorities in several countries, especially Australia and Taiwan.
Likewise, lively discussions with alumni abroad from the West strengthened the author's determination to compile a book on Jurisprudence Arguments for Muslim Minorities. That a jurisprudence was born and grew to provide solutions to the people, not to make things difficult for the people as is the nature of jurisprudence itself.
In contrast to several books on minority fiqh, this book will discuss minority fiqh practices in several parts of the world. This is deliberately done so that this book is more functional and gets many uses in life. Although the author still presents various theories used to portray minority Fiqh.
Hopefully the material content of this application can be useful for self-introspection and better improvement in everyday life.
