REAL SCIENCE, NOT AN APPROXIMATION

Earth Tide is built on a high-precision rotational ellipsoid model of the solid Earth tide (Yang et al., 2024), with Moon and Sun positions from the established Meeus astronomical algorithms. The numbers you see are computed from real celestial mechanics — the same physics geophysicists use to correct sensitive gravity and GPS measurements.
