It's the question this app is built to answer, and the one a spreadsheet won't answer for you. Aisance is a conversation with a quiet companion that watches your money so you don't have to. A chat, not a form You can say what you spent the way you'd say it out loud — "just spent forty on lunch" — and it comes back as a card you can confirm or correct in a tap. It suggests where the spend belongs; you can change any part of it. You can ask "am I okay?" and the answer arrives as a sentence first. The detail comes after, and only if you want it.
