How it works:

Set a daily points goal and get points for activity. An activity is anything that requires mental, physical or emotional effort. The harder you find an activity the more points you get for doing it.

Gain points by tracking activities, sticking to routine or doing less of what’s detrimental to you.

Hit your points goal, relax and reward yourself guilt-free. Enjoy reaching your points goal. Gradually increase it and find yourself doing those tougher activities, because it feels so good achieving your points goal.

GiG will help you face tough activities by encouraging you to gradually change your goal. Didn’t get your points? No problem, be kind to yourself.

Sometimes it's hard to complete a task. With GiG, recognize the value of even a few minutes of activity. Gain points in real time with the stopwatch or add activities you've completed. Turn a negative to-do list into a positive one: “I can get 20 points for that!”. Get points for mundane activities: “Urgh my commute again...I get 40 points though!”

Recognize the activities that help you feel good and log your mood. Learn more about why you feel the way you do and what impacts you most. Use the weekly charts to help you recognize you may be doing more than you think.
