BlockerX-Porn Blocker/Website Blocker for Studying

Are you spending a little too much time on adult websites or apps,
Or, are you looking for an effective porn blocker?
Or, do you want to protect kids from accessing adult content (parental control app)?

Don’t worry, BlockerX has got you covered.

BlockerX is an effective porn website filter for Android phones. It can also help you keep kids away from adult content. Porn sites / adult content sites are completely blocked across browsers, helping you stay away from adult content and stay productive. However, adult content might still be accessible through websites and apps like Instagram, Youtube etc. For this purpose, BlockerX also has a website blocker to block specific websites and an app blocker to block specific apps.

Main features of BlockerX:

Porn blocker:

The porn blocking functionality blocks all types of adult content with the click of a button. If you want to block specific websites or apps, you can further use the blocking apps / websites functionality.

Website blocker:

This functionality blocks specific websites that you get distracted by. You can enter the domain name of the website for it to be blocked. As such it is an effective website blocker for studying.

Parental control:

You can install this app on your child's phone to prevent them from accessing any adult content / inappropriate content. You can also use the 'prevent uninstall' feature described below to ensure that your kid isn't able to turn off the blocker.

App blocker:

This functionality is going to be a great system for you and block apps like Instagram, Whatsapp, Youtube etc. You can select an app that you want to block from the list of installed apps. And those that are selected will not be accessible once they are blocked.

Additional features:

-Password protection: The most common problem with blocker apps is that they can be turned off easily, taking away the whole purpose of a blocker. With BlockerX, there is a feature to prevent turning the blocker off. With this feature, an access code is generated and sent to a friend / family member who acts as an accountability partner. You will not be able to turn-off the blocker unless you enter the access code shared with your accountability partner. This is a premium feature. If you're a parent, a PIN is set by you during signup and this PIN will be needed to disable the blocker.

-Preventing uninstall: Another common way of bypassing such apps, is to uninstall it altogether. We got you covered here as well. If preventing uninstall is enabled, you will not be able to uninstall the app without entering a password. This features makes the blocker effective. This app uses the device administrator permission (BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN) in order to provide this functionality.

Supported browsers: BlockerX works best with Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Brave browsers. We highly recommend using these browsers to ensure that the web blocker works effectively. Note:Opera mini isn’t supported.

Other important permissions required by the app:

-Accessibility services : This permission will provide information on the content that the user is trying to access and the blocker will block access if the content is adult/pornographic. This app uses the accessibility service permission (BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE) in order to prevent accessing adult content websites.

-System alert window:
-This permission is needed to open up an alert window when a blocked website / app is opened. This app uses the system alert window permission (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) for this purpose.

What are you waiting for? Install BlockerX porn blocker now and protect you or your child from adult content.
