GrowTall emphasizes trends rather than labels. A child can develop normally across many different percentile channels; consistency over time is often more useful than any single percentile.

ADULT HEIGHT ESTIMATES

Curious how tall you or your child may eventually be?

GrowTall provides two evidence-based reference methods when the required information is available:

• Mid-parental target height based on biological parental heights
• Khamis-Roche adult stature prediction using age, current height, weight, and parental heights

Predictions are shown as ranges, not guarantees. Genetics, puberty timing and individual development create natural variation.

PEDIATRIC BMI-FOR-AGE

For ages 2–20, GrowTall uses age- and sex-specific CDC BMI references instead of applying adult BMI thresholds to children.

BMI classification is unavailable when the appropriate pediatric reference cannot be applied.

HEALTHY DEVELOPMENT HABITS

Track everyday habits associated with general health and normal development:

• Sleep
• Physical activity
• Balanced nutrition
• Hydration
• Posture and mobility

These habits support overall health and development. They do not override genetics or guarantee increased adult height.

FAMILY GROWTH TRACKING

Create separate profiles for multiple family members and keep each person's measurements, habits, reminders, and growth history organized independently.

Adult profiles automatically switch to tracking mode when pediatric growth references no longer apply.

PEDIATRIC VISIT SUMMARY

GrowTall Plus can turn recorded measurements into a clear consultation summary containing height history, applicable percentiles, growth velocity, parental-height context, and explicitly recorded habit observations.

Share it during routine pediatric visits to make growth conversations easier.

MEASUREMENT REMINDERS

Growth happens slowly. Instead of encouraging daily measuring, GrowTall supports spaced check-ins such as every 60 or 90 days so real trends are easier to distinguish from normal day-to-day height variation.
