Rollbook is an independent app. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the European Union, any government, or any border or tax authority.
Rollbook is a Schengen calculator 90/180 and a country days tracker that shows its working. Arrival and departure days both count, the 180-day window rolls every day, overlapping trips are never counted twice, and every number shows the date it next changes.
SCHENGEN 90/180, COUNTED LINE BY LINE
Add your trips and Rollbook keeps a ledger: each stay, the days it used and the balance after it, down to "Days left today". Pick an arrival date and see how long you could stay. The forecast shows the days on which old trips leave the window and your days come back.
PLAN BEFORE YOU BOOK
Plan a trip and see whether it fits your Schengen 90/180 days before you pay for it. If it doesn't, Rollbook shows the day you would go over, the last day you could leave, and the first day you could arrive instead.
A STATEMENT FOR THE BORDER
Since the EU's Entry/Exit System (EES) started recording border crossings, an overstay is counted by machine. Rollbook lays out your stays in the last 180 days as one clear statement, counted from your own entries, so you can check the count before anyone else does.
COUNTRY DAYS TRACKER
Every trip you add, Schengen or not, goes into Rollbook's country days count for each country you visit. With Pro you can track country days with a daily check-in: once a day the phone reads one approximate location while the app is open, turns it into a country on the phone with built-in borders, and records the day. The location is never sent anywhere. Near a border, Rollbook asks which country you are in instead of guessing.
TAX RESIDENCY TRACKER (PRO)
Set a day limit for any country: 183 days or any number you choose, per calendar year or over the last 365 days. Rollbook applies no country's residency rule; it counts days against the limit you set. Choose whether a day counts when you are there at any time or only at midnight. As a tax residency tracker Rollbook counts the days; whether you are resident is a question for you and your adviser.
SNOWBIRDS US DAY TRACKER (PRO)
The US substantial presence test is built in. Your US days are also counted state by state: a plain count, not any state's residency rule. A snowbirds US day tracker for anyone who spends the winter in one state and lives in another.
ALERTS AND REPORTS (PRO)
Get a warning when your Schengen days run low, when a stay you have booked will go over 90 days, when a planned trip no longer fits, and before you reach one of your limits. Save a PDF or CSV report with your country days count for each calendar year.
