Unfounded

Unfounded gives authorized industrial teams one mobile workspace for EHS compliance, contractor readiness, access activity, safety records and incident follow-through.

Built for mining, manufacturing, oil and gas, construction and other heavy industrial operations, Unfounded connects the people, documents, zones and evidence behind daily site work.

Depending on your organization’s configuration and permissions, you can:

• Manage employee and contractor information
• Review required documents and compliance status
• See who is on site, time on site and assigned zones
• Review access events and restricted-area activity
• Complete safety forms, workplace examinations and permits
• Report incidents and attach photos, videos or documents
• Assign corrective actions and track follow-through
• Review camera and operational evidence
• Respond to operator-configured fatigue policy alerts
• Receive incident, compliance and operational notifications

Information captured in the field stays connected to the person, company, location and workflow involved. This gives safety and operations teams a clearer record without relying on separate spreadsheets, paper forms and disconnected systems.

A customer account or invitation from an authorized organization is required. Available features vary by site configuration, assigned role and permissions.
