Get Rental Tracker

Rental Tracker is the tenant app for renters whose landlord or property manager uses Rental Tracker. Sign in with the account your landlord set up for you, and everything about your tenancy is in one place.

RENT
See exactly what is due and when, and pay it straight from your bank account. Connect your bank once and paying rent afterwards takes a couple of taps. Every payment stays on record, so you always have the history to hand.

LEASE AND DOCUMENTS
Open your lease and anything else your landlord has shared with you, and sign what needs signing without leaving your phone.

MAINTENANCE
Report a problem, describe what is wrong, and follow the request through to the point where it is fixed.

MESSAGES AND ALERTS
Reach your landlord or property manager directly, and get alerts for rent reminders, maintenance updates, and anything else that needs your attention.

ENGLISH AND SPANISH
The whole app works in both, and follows the language your phone is set to.

Rental Tracker is invitation only. Your landlord or property manager creates your account, so there is no sign-up here. Which features you see depends on the plan your landlord is on.

Bank payments are processed by Dwolla.
