Doncito Repartidor

Doncito Delivery is the app you use to deliver Doncito orders and shipments in Managua. It's used on a motorcycle, with your phone in the mount, and it's designed for that: few screens, large buttons, and nothing to fumble for in traffic.

YOU DECIDE WHEN YOU WORK
There are no assigned hours or shifts to request. You activate your shift when you want to work and deactivate it when you want to stop. Deactivating it is instant and never fails. While you're off duty, your acceptance rate remains unchanged.

TRIPS ARRIVE AT YOU
With your shift activated, you access the dispatch queue, and trips arrive on your phone, near your location. Each offer shows you the destination and gives you about thirty seconds to accept or decline. You can choose which area of the city you want to work in.

DELIVERY, STEP BY STEP
Four steps and no confusion: go to the store, pick up the order, go to the customer, and deliver. At the end, the customer gives you a four-digit code, and that completes the trip. It's proof that you made the delivery.

CALL OR TEXT WITHOUT LEAVING THE APP
The order chat and call button are integrated into the delivery information, for both the business and the customer. For navigation, the app opens Google Maps or Waze with the location already set.

YOUR EARNINGS
See your daily earnings or the range you choose: total, number of trips, kilometers, bonuses, and a breakdown of each trip. No manual calculations and no waiting until the end of the week to see how you did.

CASH, OF COURSE
The app keeps track of how much cash you're carrying that isn't yours. When you deposit it, you declare the amount and the reference, and the history of declared and confirmed transactions is saved. If you reach the cash limit, the app pauses and prompts you to make a deposit before continuing.

YOU CAN ALSO DO DELIVERY SERVICES
In addition to food deliveries, you can accept point-to-point deliveries, either individually or grouped on multi-stop routes, and complete them stop by stop with the route displayed street by street on the map.

YOUR DOCUMENTS, FROM YOUR PHONE
Driver's license, ID, police record, vehicle registration, insurance, and profile picture: take photos of them with your phone and upload them through the app. No need to go to any office to submit paperwork.

THIS APP USES YOUR LOCATION IN THE BACKGROUND
While you're working, Doncito Repartidor tracks your location even when the app is in the background or the screen is off. This allows the dispatch system to offer you nearby trips and lets customers see the motorcycle approaching on the map. Your location is shared with the customer and the business handling your current trip, and automatically with no one else. It's only shared with another app if you tap "Send my location" in Support. It's not used for advertising.

YOUR ACCOUNT IS REVIEWED BY A PERSON
This isn't an app where you sign up and start delivering. You register, upload your vehicle information, and your documents, and someone from Doncito reviews them. Until you're approved, the app shows you the status of your application. We'll notify you when you're ready.

Doncito is Nicaraguan and made for Managua.
