O'sec

O'Sec — Dry Cleaning and Home Cleaning, Made Simple
O'Sec is the app that simplifies laundry and home care in Cotonou. No more trips, queues, or complicated appointments: order your dry cleaning or home cleaning directly from your phone, track every step in real time, and pay securely, wherever you are.
HOME DRY CLEANING
Place your order in just a few clicks, without leaving home. Indicate the items to be cleaned, choose a convenient pickup time, and a driver will collect your laundry directly from your address.

Once your order is processed, track its progress in real time at each stage:

Home Pickup
Item Inventory and Validation
Processing in the Workshop
Delivery to your address

You'll receive a notification for each status change, so you'll never be left wondering about the progress of your order.
HOME CLEANING
Need a home cleaning? Book an agent based on your availability, specifying the area to be cleaned. You'll receive a clear quote before any service begins, and you can track the service from start to finish directly in the app, with notifications at each key stage.

SIMPLE AND FLEXIBLE PAYMENT
O'Sec gives you a choice of payment methods:

Integrated wallet (balance and credit notes)
Secure online payment via FedaPay

A transparent deposit system lets you know the exact amount due at each stage of your order, with no surprises. A detailed summary of each order (collection fees, discounts, deposit, net amount due) is always available in the app.
REAL-TIME, END-TO-END TRACKING
Every order, whether for dry cleaning or general cleaning, can be tracked live from your phone. You know exactly where your laundry or service is in the process: pickup, processing, delivery, or completion.

INTEGRATED SMART ASSISTANT
A virtual assistant is available directly in the app to answer your questions at any time: order tracking, pricing information, or any other questions about the service. It's there to assist you quickly, without waiting for a human response.

LOYALTY PROGRAM
O'Sec rewards its regular users:

Automatic discount on your first order
Additional benefits every 5 orders
Referral program: invite your friends and family and receive a benefit each time they sign up using your link
