Arquiboost

Arquiboost connects those planning to build or remodel with construction companies in their city, keeping the entire project in one place: from the initial conversation to the final payment.

A single app with two ways to use it: one for the client to manage their project and one for the construction company to carry it out.

IF YOU'RE PLANNING TO BUILD OR REMODEL

- Select "Manage my project," describe your needs (design, construction, or remodeling), your approximate budget, and your city, then create your account with your name, email, phone number, and password.

- Once you're finished, we'll present you with a partner construction company in your area, based on your city and the type of project.

- Browse the complete directory and filter it by city and service type.

- Access each company's profile and review their project portfolio with photos, their specialties, and customer ratings and reviews.

- Schedule a meeting and continue the conversation via private chat, with the history, photos, documents, and voice messages all in one place.
- With the project already contracted, track its progress in stages and check the payment record: total amount, down payment, and balance.

SIMULATE YOUR REMODELING WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Take four photos of the space you want to change, choose the area and style, and describe your idea in writing or by dictating it aloud. Arquiboost generates reference images of how that space could look.

When you find the one that represents you, request a quote from there: the construction companies you choose receive that image along with the photos of your space and your description.

These are images created with artificial intelligence: they serve to explain an idea, they are not a detailed project plan or a guarantee of results. There is a daily limit on the number of images generated per account.

FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES

Any construction company can create their Basic profile from the app and appear in the directory. Pro construction companies also undergo a review process by Arquiboost, where we verify project history, demonstrable experience, and company identity.

From the app you can:

- Open a calendar that brings together your appointments and inquiries on a single screen, with a notification of how many new inquiries you have unread.

- Read each inquiry, including the text in which the client describes their project, and respond with context.

- Track each project: progress, total amount, payments made, and balance due, with stages, tasks, schedule, and an indicator of whether it's on time and within budget.

- Publish your projects in the feed, chat with your clients, and maintain your company profile, which includes a shareable web address.

COVERAGE

Arquiboost currently operates in Mexico, and you choose your city from those covered by the network. If no construction company works in your city, we'll connect you with the best available option in the network. Arquiboost does not carry out construction projects: the contract and payment are agreed upon between the client and the construction company, outside of the app.

ACCOUNT, PERMISSIONS, AND PRIVACY

- There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The amounts you see are a record of what you've already agreed upon with your construction company. The Pro plan for construction companies is purchased separately from the app.

- To use Arquiboost, you need to log in with your email and password. Access is not available through social media or other accounts.

- The app uses your camera and gallery for photos of your space and for images and files you attach in chat, your microphone to dictate your ideas and send voice messages, and notifications to alert you when you receive a response or there are updates on your project.

- Messaging between a client and their construction company is private: no one else can see that conversation. In the feed, however, construction company posts and comments are visible to all other users.

- From your profile, you can request account deletion. Your session will be closed immediately, and the request will be processed within 7 business days.
