Fitness is a long-term commitment, we understand that any goal worth working towards takes time, dedication, and commitment. The Pursuit of Perfection is focused on creating healthy habits that fit with your lifestyle and are sustainable in the long run for your physical health, mental wellness, longevity, and happiness. I began my training career when I first moved to California in 2016 at a corporate gym for a year and a half before going independent and working out of a private training gym a year and a half later. While workouts and diet are still an integral aspect of training, I also encourage finding a healthy sleep schedule, daily reading, and meditation to support mental fitness along with physical.
