You must subscribe at premiergolfandfit.com to create an account to use this app. Premier Golf and Fitness has been trusted by a wide range of golfers in the upstate NY area for years and now wants to reach a broader range of players through our online program. The program will be for all ages and ranges of players. Premier has worked with golfers as young as 6 years old to 80 years old as well as weekend warrior golfers, high school and college students, and professional golfers. Once a member you will have access to multiple programs that will detail the specifics of the workouts along with videos of each exercise. You will be able to communicate to trainers through the app with any questions you may have as you progress.

Programs to be included will be:
Beginner program (4-6 weeks)
Level 1 strength training (6-8 weeks)
Level 2 strength training (6-8 weeks)
Speed/Power (4 weeks)
Mobility
Pre-round routines
Junior workouts
And more

Add ons will be available for customized training, zoom workouts, and nutrition consultations. Premier also works with multiple golf professionals who offer online lessons which can be made available through our program as an additional add on as well.
