Better living starts with daily habits and at More Than Movement, my hope is to create a welcoming and supportive community where you can come to find balance, confidence, and inner strength through this personalized coaching program. Health is a 360 approach. Nourishment is your nutrition, movement, relationships, spirituality, financial wellness, creativity, career, routines and habits. Movement is medicine, there is no doubt about that - but everything else that shapes your life is crucial to your well-being. Movement is one component to a world of health. ‍ Clients will have the ability to message Clarissa directly through the app, track progress photos, log meals/workouts, habits, and hold themselves accountable. Remember, there is no end point; rather, it’s a lifelong journey toward self-discovery, health, and well-being. Let’s do this!
