Lumicam turns your phone into a pocket digicam from 2003, a 90s film compact and the family camcorder. Pick a camera, frame on the little LCD and press the shutter. The color, the flash, the grain and the orange LED date come out of the camera itself — no filter list, no editing afterwards.

THE CCD LOOK, FOR REAL
Early digital cameras drew light in their own way: highlights that clip hard, a vertical CCD smear under bright lamps, purple fringes on high-contrast edges, a crunchy JPEG that loves sunshine and a tiny flash that makes night photos glow. Lumicam renders these optics live on the viewfinder, so what you see on the LCD is what you get.

Develop photos from your library through any camera. Set the strength and exposure, or (with Pro) dial in grain, light leaks, halation, bloom, chromatic aberration and vignette. Choose the photo's own date, today or a custom date for the stamp. Hold to compare with the original. With Pro you can develop a whole batch at once, or turn a video into a Hi8 tape.

YOUR FILM ROLL
Every picture is saved to your gallery (Pictures/Lumicam and Movies/Lumicam) and to the film roll inside the app, ready to share.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Photos and videos are developed on your phone and never uploaded. There is no account. Imports use the Android photo picker, so Lumicam only sees the photos you choose. Choose Darkroom black or Silver.
