Bussinly: Mock Interview

Practice the interview out loud before it counts.

Bussinly is interview practice you actually speak. Pick the role you are going for, answer real interview questions with your voice, and get a score with three specific things to fix. Then do it again. No audience, no judgement, no scheduling a friend.

Most apps hand you a list of interview questions and answers to read. Reading is not the hard part. Saying it out loud, in order, without freezing is the hard part. That is the only thing this app trains.

TWO FREE INTERVIEWS, NO CARD
Start practising immediately. Two full mock interviews are free and we do not ask for a card to begin. You will know whether this helps before you spend anything.

INTERVIEW QUESTIONS YOU CAN PRACTISE
Behavioral and STAR interview questions, practised with the STAR technique. Common interview questions like tell me about yourself and your greatest strength, and the English lessons cover the weaknesses for job interview answer everyone dreads. Pick a role from six industries; the questions in an interview use that job title. Practice interview questions until the answer stops feeling rehearsed.

INTERVIEW TIPS THAT COME FROM YOUR OWN ANSWERS
Generic job interview advice is easy to find and hard to use. Here the interview tips come from the answer you just gave: your speaking pace, the filler words you used, and whether you backed it with a number or a result. That is how you prepare for an interview that has not happened yet.

MORE THAN MOCK INTERVIEWS
- Job skills courses with short lessons you finish on a commute
- English speaking practice built for job interviews, not tourism: every mock interview is spoken
- Difficult conversations at work: pushing back on a deadline, giving bad news to a manager
- Communication skills training: verbal communication in every spoken answer, plus effective communication lessons
- Soft skills and interpersonal skills practised by answering real workplace situations out loud, not as a quiz
- A CV builder with templates, so your CV and your answers tell the same story
- Certificates when you finish a course

BUILT FOR NON-NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS
If English is your second language, the interview is two problems at once: the answer and the English. Bussinly's screens run in English and Bangla, the interview questions stay in English, and the English lessons are aimed at the sentences an interview asks for.

WHO USES IT
- First job and fresh graduates with no interview experience
- Career switchers who have to explain a gap or a pivot
- Anyone who is fine one-to-one and goes blank in an interview room
- People preparing for an interview in English as a second language

HOW A SESSION WORKS
1. Pick the role you are going for
2. Answer out loud, one question at a time
3. Read your score and the three fixes
4. Run it again and watch the score move

WHY OUT LOUD MATTERS
You can know your answer perfectly and still lose the interview, because you have never once said it at full volume to another voice. Every session here is built to be spoken. That is the whole design.
