DESCRIBE, BUILD, PLAY
Tell Code Buddy what you want to make or change. Try an original platform game, adjust its level or refine the controls. Validated AI changes are applied to your source and rebuilt, with a saved snapshot so you can return to the previous version.

YOUR SOURCE, YOUR GAME
Open the source files and edit 6502 assembly or SDK C89 yourself. Build a real NES ROM from the current source, then test it immediately with touch controls. Hear game sound effects and turn your phone sideways for a wider gameplay view.

TAKE YOUR ROM WITH YOU
Export the same ROM bytes used by the built-in player through Android's share menu. Import and export source, keep separate games, and review saved source history.

START SMALL, KEEP EXPLORING
Continue as a guest to try the studio without cloud saving, or sign in to keep your games online. AI requests have usage limits. AI features and online saves require an internet connection. The app interface is currently in English; you can write your own game titles and prompts in other languages.

NES Club is an early game-development tool supporting 6502 assembly, SDK C89 and NROM-128 games. New C games develop through movement, gameplay and polish stages, with on-device compilation and basic screen/input checks. Other NES mappers are not supported. Compatibility with physical consoles or every external emulator is not guaranteed. AI-generated changes may need further editing.

Includes an original sample game. Commercial games and copyrighted game ROMs are not included. NES Club is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo.
