You will have a trainer available 24h a day, in addition to you can:
- Know your evolution and progress through our bioimpedance scale synchronized via wi-fi, which shows you your measurements for fat, muscle mass, liquid retention, basal metabolism etc.
- Access more than 600 exercise videos in 3d, with pictures and descriptions (functional workouts, in suspension, free weights, machines, unstable foundations, etc)
- Evaluate your daily and weekly calorie intake. Are you reaching your set goals?
- Be informed of outdoor workouts and group activities.
- Review your programmed workout for the following days.
- Synchronize your workouts to facebook; publishing your workouts or goals achieved.
- Verify competed sessions.
