PrayFirst - Christian Prayer

PrayFirst is a beautifully designed Christian devotional app that helps you build a consistent daily habit of prayer and Bible reading. Whether you are a lifelong believer or just beginning your faith journey, PrayFirst provides everything you need to stay connected with God every single day.

WHY PRAYFIRST?
Life is busy. Between work, family, and daily responsibilities, it is easy to let prayer and Bible reading slip. PrayFirst removes every barrier between you and your time with God with guided prayers, a structured Bible reading plan, gentle reminders, and an immersive experience that makes it simple and rewarding to put prayer first every day.

DAILY PRAYERS
Start each day with a fresh guided prayer. PrayFirst provides 7 unique daily prayers that rotate automatically so you never repeat the same prayer. Beyond the daily rotation, over 90 prayers are organized into meaningful categories: Family for your spouse and children, Work for your career and colleagues, Education for students and teachers, Relationships for friendships and community, Personal Growth for your spiritual maturity, and Community for your church and neighborhood. You can also create and manage your own custom prayer lists for complete flexibility.

IMMERSIVE PRAYER EXPERIENCE
Prayer sessions present the text in a beautiful lyrics-style format that scrolls automatically. Read along at your own pace, tap to pause, or use the built-in text-to-speech feature to have the prayer read aloud to you. Stunning animated gradient backgrounds in warm amber and gold tones combined with haptic feedback create a calming, distraction-free environment perfect for focusing entirely on your conversation with God.

BIBLE READING JOURNEY
Follow a structured reading plan that takes you through Scripture book by book. Choose the Old Testament path, the New Testament path, or follow both simultaneously. Your progress is tracked automatically and the app always remembers where you left off so you can pick up right where you stopped. The built-in Bible reader supports over 100 translations including the King James Version pre-cached for offline reading, and you can switch translations on the fly as you read.

STREAKS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Track your Prayer Streak displayed prominently with a flame icon on the dashboard. A separate Bible Reading Streak tracks your reading consistency. The weekly Monday-through-Sunday tracker shows which days you prayed with satisfying checkmarks. Celebrate milestone achievements including the 7-Day, 30-Day, and 365-Day Streak awards plus the 100 Total Prayers award. As you progress, your profile title evolves to reflect your growing spiritual commitment. View all your stats total prayers, chapters read, current streaks, and best streaks in one place.

DASHBOARD
