About Moms Into Fitness

Moms Into Fitness is about Moms, for Moms at every stage of motherhood. Whether you just found out you’re pregnant or your kids are grown up, we help you nurture yourself and build confidence through fitness, nutrition, and community because YOU’RE IMPORTANT!

We build confidence inside and out starting with over 300 scientifically-backed streaming workouts designed by a mom, made for moms. We have targeted fitness programs with workouts done in as little as 12 minutes, three to four days a week. We have it planned for you and no experience is necessary. Just show up!

Moms Into Fitness shows you how to nurture your body without stripping away all the fun. You are a mom after all and celebrations and birthday cake are a part of the deal. We offer over 150 kid-tested recipes and meal plans created by a registered dietitian.

Most importantly, as moms, we know we can’t do this alone. Our communities and “villages” are critical to our success. With Moms Into Fitness, you gain access to Lindsay’s expertise and the support and knowledge of over 75,000 women that are part of our community.

Lindsay Brin, C.P.T. & B.S. Exercise Science, is an international author, contributor to Parents magazine, Fit Pregnancy magazine, Iron Woman, Pregnancy & Newborn magazine, Mom & Baby magazine, Fitness, Conceive and many more. Specializing in prenatal and postnatal fitness programs, she has starred in and choreographed over 350 digital fitness episodes and streaming videos designed just for moms. Lindsay is also the creator of prenatal and postnatal fitness courses for certified instructors.

One subscription gives you everything you need to feel nurtured and supported.

To access all features and content you can subscribe to Moms Into Fitness on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

* All payments will be paid through your Google Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment.
