FAQ:
1. Can I get a Maji account if my employer hasn’t subscribed?
Maji is currently only available through employers. If your employer hasn’t yet subscribed, let them know about Maji!
The good news is that, if you leave your employer, you’ll be able to keep using your Maji account for life, with free or paid options available.
2. How much does Maji cost?
If your employer has subscribed to Maji on your behalf, it won’t cost you anything to use the included features. Once you leave your employer, your account will revert to our free version, but you can either ask your new employer to subscribe for you, or purchase your own subscription to access all our tools.
3. Do I need to transfer my money to Maji?
Maji isn’t a bank or a pension provider, so you won’t need to move your money in order to use our app. You can use open banking connections or manual logging to add details of your accounts and assets to Maji, but we won’t be able to touch your money. Our aim is to help you make good decisions about your money and work towards a confident and secure financial future.
