Fertilizer and seed rate calculator for every field: measure the field on the satellite map or walk it with GPS, and get the bags of NPK fertilizer, the seed to buy, the number of spray tanks and the margin of the season.

▬ QUICK CALCULATION, NO FIELD TO CREATE
Open the app and calculate right away: type the area, work it out from the lengths of the sides, or measure it now with GPS or on the map. Then pick seed, fertilizer or spraying and the crop. "Save to a field" keeps the area and the figures in a new or existing field and its season.

▬ YOUR FIELDS, SEASON BY SEASON
• A field has a name, a parcel number, a location, an area and notes.
• Add seasons with the crop and the year: summer and winter, shifted by six months south of the equator, or one season a year near the equator. Kharif, rabi and zaid are in the settings for South Asia.
• The Season tab adds up what to buy for all your sown fields, every calculation you have opened included: urea, DAP and MOP in bags, seed by weight, ready to send to your dealer in one message.
• Find a field by its name, parcel number or location.

▬ THE REAL AREA OF THE FIELD
• Walk the boundary with GPS: area and perimeter grow as you walk, and the app tells you when the loop is closed.
• Corner by corner: stop at each corner and the app averages the position.
• Draw the field on the satellite map, with a pond or a building taken out, and read the length of every side.
• Or type the sides and diagonals measured with a tape, like a surveyor, or the area from your deed.
• Acres, hectares, square feet or square metres, the South Asian land units, or your own unit.
• Accuracy is shown as a ± figure. It is a measurement, not a legal survey.

▬ SEED RATE WITH GERMINATION
Each crop starts from a common seed rate that you change. Row spacing, plant spacing, seeds per hill and the germination rate of your seed lot give the seeds per acre. Add the thousand-grain weight to get the weight of seed for the whole field, priced by the bag or by the pound.

▬ NPK INTO BAGS
Type the dose from your soil test or your adviser, per acre or per hectare. The app works out urea, DAP and MOP, then the bags to buy: 50 lb bags (50 kg in metric units), all editable, with full bags and the loose rest. It warns you when DAP already brings more nitrogen than asked. Add the price of a bag and read the total.

▬ SPRAYING AND SPRAYER CALIBRATION
Spray volume per acre, tank size, and the dose as the label writes it, per gallon of water or per acre. You get the number of spray tanks, the product for each full tank, and the right dose for the last part-filled tank, where mistakes happen.
Calibrate the sprayer: catch one nozzle in a jug, measure your forward speed with GPS over one pass or with a stopwatch over a marked course, and read the gallons per acre or the nozzle flow you need. With a backpack sprayer, spray a measured strip to see what one tank covers. The volume then gives the tanks.

▬ YIELD AND MARGIN
Pounds, kilograms or tonnes harvested, your selling price and your costs (seed, labor, custom work, fuel): yield per acre, income, margin and the cost of producing each unit. The Accounts tab adds up the season, compares it with last year and makes a PDF.

• All calculations work offline. GPS measuring needs no mobile network.
• Measuring goes on with the screen locked.
• A PDF report of a measured field, with the map to scale, its sides and the ±, or one image to share.
