LoadBoot Load Board & Dispatch

LoadBoot is a load board and dispatch service in one app, built for owner-operators, small fleets, freight brokers and shippers moving freight across the United States.

Find loads, book them, run the trip, send the paperwork and get paid — without paying a monthly subscription.

FOR CARRIERS AND OWNER-OPERATORS

- Search a verified load board by lane, equipment and date — dry van, reefer, flatbed, power only, hotshot and box truck
- See the rate, the stops and the broker before you commit — contact details stay on every load
- Book a load and get your rate confirmation and dispatch sheet in the app
- Live GPS tracking with geofenced arrival and departure times, so "where's my truck" answers itself
- Upload your BOL, POD and lumper receipts from your phone the moment you're loaded or empty
- Keep your MC and DOT authority, insurance certificate, W-9 and agreements in one compliance file
- Track settlements, detention and layover pay, accessorials and expenses per trip

FOR FREIGHT BROKERS AND SHIPPERS

- Post loads free — no per-post fee, ever
- Your loads reach carriers whose authority, insurance and identity have been checked before they can book
- Live tracking on every load, so your customer's tracking calls stop coming to you
- Detention disputes settle against a shared clock instead of two different phone stories
- Already email your load list to a carrier network? Add [email protected] to the same send and your loads post automatically

FOR AGENTS AND INDEPENDENT DISPATCHERS

- Join the Agent Program free and get your own referral link
- Earn 1% of the gross on every delivered load your referred carriers, brokers and shippers move — recurring, with no cap
- Watch every commission land against a real delivered load in your Agent Portal
- Your clients never pay extra — the commission comes out of LoadBoot's own fee

WHAT IT COSTS

Joining is free. There is no monthly subscription and no contract. Carriers pay a flat 5% dispatch fee only on loads that are delivered and paid. Brokers and shippers post loads completely free. Agents are paid, not charged.

WHY VERIFICATION MATTERS

Every carrier on LoadBoot has to clear authority, insurance and identity checks before booking a load, and every document is reviewed by a person. Ghost loads and double brokering cost this industry real money — the fix is checking who is on the board in the first place.

REAL PEOPLE, ANY HOUR

Freight does not keep office hours, so neither do we. Call +1 (469) 253-7575 any time, or message us in the app and a person answers.

Getting started takes a few minutes: create your account, add your authority and insurance, and start booking.
